So a quick update since there are so many more fabulous things to do and see in London than update this blog. One of them, however, inspired this update: Hugo Brady. Ah, yes, for those of you who know him you smile with fond memories... for those of you who don't know him, you wonder 'who is this fellow that I have been seeing on several news stations over the past few days (since I am a news junkie and have been keeping up on the EU Constitution ratification process)?' Simplistically put, Hugo is the finest man alive ever.Now, I say that and some of you might take such a superlative with a grain of salt, but it's quite true. I link you to his posted bio from the website of the think tank he works at in London and you can be wowed, but seriously, his personality is what's first-rate. Everyone he meets, men and women, falls madly in love with him and at the end of an hour and a half conversation (over lunch in my lucky case) would do absolutely anything for this man (including go out to drinks with him tonight!)
Anyhoot, in this short time I doubt I have persuaded anyone who doesn't know Hugo that he is indeed the finest man alive, but really this post is more of a way to boast to everyone who does know Hugo that I had lunch with him today and am having drinks with him tonight. How was your day? I doubt you can top mine.
