I've been working at the Agency for a little over a year now... i've seen people come and i've seen people go. Good people too. And of course, with the one year anniversary nonsense, I've become a bit introspective and spent some time considering my time spent at the Agency thus far.

Basically, at least on paper, I have a dream job. Most days it's a dream job in reality, too. But nothing's perfect, so here are the top 10 things I'd change about the Agency (in no particular order):
- dog-friendly - everyone's best friend
- more laptops & couchs - desks with desktops don't exactly inspire creativity
- catered healthy lunches - healthy body, healthy mind
- mini-gym - clear the mind, generate ideas
- less purple
- more parking
- free caffeine - and not just coffee
- white t-shirt & jeans creative presentations - believe in the work, not the show
- bigger everything (we're running out of space)
- sheltered outdoor work area - because sometimes you need to get outside
Basically, companies like Google have the right idea (see above pic). Treat your employees really well and they'll become the i-love-work-a-bees you want them to become. If work is play, people will come earlier, stay later, and enjoy life. And what's so wrong with that. I heart Google.
