i'm lucky

my mom used to say "count yourself lucky if you have one true friend in this world." that's not to be cynical or despairing -- rather appreciative of what you have.

in this world, there exist several people who know me through and through and through again, of all my bads and goods, of all my quirks and tics, of all my sads and happys and every other emotion under the sun... and they still love me.

i am truly blessed.
