4-1-1 FYI

Lack of posts lately due to busyness, but here’s the 4-1-1 for your information…

- Google still has not officially announced their gphone plans yet, but my Christmas list has been updated to include it.
- Apple is rumored to be coming out with a new ipod tomorrow, so my plans to buy another have been put on hold until Thursday.*
- Deezer is my new Pandora. It should be yours too. Amazing. And it’s French. But also available in English. And dare I say legal. Oh yes, read here.
- IBM had a 25% Labor Day sale (extends through today), so I bought a new laptop. Apparently it’s not shipping until 9/20. WTF Lenovo?
- Burning Man burned twice. Geeky bloggers went crazy. The rest of the world continued to not care.
- Iowa legalized same-sex marriage. And then decided against it. Oops.
- Sammy Lee became a lawyer.
- Cubs won. And won again. And then they lost. But I still love em.
- Still intend on continuing to update the look of this page.

* For those who say I have too many ipods already, you’re right, but I have $50 I have to spend with Apple in the next 30 days and that leaves me with few choices.
