don't bother looking at the miles tracker... you'll just see a lot of 0s. a pulled groin (i hate that word) muscle has me out of commission for a bit. i can walk... which is good. so long as there's no power walking involved. it's a bad feeling and i have the sense it'll take a solid week or so to heal. total bummer dude. so i'm sitting around and moping. and devising some plan to convert the next week into "upper body conditioning." i think the sitting around and moping plan is more likely to happen. le sigh.
