i've mentally put together a marathon bag packing list. it includes: body glide, gu gels, powerbars, g2, tylenol, baby wipes, tube socks (for pre-race arm warmers), flip flops, ipod, long sweat pants & a nice sweatshirt, underwear and a strapless bra (for post race), deodorant, and umm... well, lots more i'm sure.
now it's just a matter of taking it easy, being good to my feet and legs, eating right, and chilling out. it's all mental from here on out.
