that's it

just finished my last "long" run before the marathon.  8 miles.  (it's taper time.)  so, um, i guess that's it.  huh.  i'm running something like 10-12 miles this week.  that breaks out to 5 tomorrow (monday), 4 on wednesday, and 3 on thursday.  it'll put me at a solid 800 training miles, which feels like a good distance.  

i've mentally put together a marathon bag packing list.  it includes: body glide, gu gels, powerbars, g2, tylenol, baby wipes, tube socks (for pre-race arm warmers), flip flops, ipod, long sweat pants & a nice sweatshirt, underwear and a strapless bra (for post race), deodorant, and umm... well, lots more i'm sure.  

now it's just a matter of taking it easy, being good to my feet and legs, eating right, and chilling out.  it's all mental from here on out.  

good thing i'm (running) crazy.
