Wahoo Tastes Like

For the person who came across this blog wondering what Wahoo tastes like:
Chicken.
Actually, not really.
Sorta though.
With a fishy twist.
Almost like tuna.
Except more chicken-like.
Kinda a chickeny-tuna-steak.
Yeah, that's Wahoo.
Had it for Thanksgiving two years ago in Bermuda.
Scrumptious.
