-TBS is running a poll for "funniest commercials". My picks: Dr. Pepper, Ikea, Nextel, and an honorable mention to Toyota Vios. The others aren't really 'funny' per se. More grand, or shocking, or timeless easy-way-out humor. What are your picks?

- Advertising Men and Women of Orange County 2006 Calendar. For FREE! plus shipping and handling Hmmm. We have better looking at our agency.The girl at the top scares me. Everybody knows goth doesn't sell. I bet she works on a frozen-foods account. And the bottom girl is obviously a PR intern. The guy looks like a chubbier, blond version of our creative director. Can't place him though - he's either a creative or an account person.
Still, all are far more attractive than your average joe. Which is why they will each have relative success in advertising. My bets are on blondie going up to a VP spot in 3 years or less.
- We are bluntly honest. Sorta. If it will make you buy our product more. Like the Financial Times apparently.
