consumer reports has but together their list of the top dark chocolate bars and published their list, complete with % cacao, and cost/calorie/fat per ounce breakdowns. i have but 3 questions:
how extensive was their search for the top bar of dark chocolate?- what was the criteria for being a judge in this little research/contest?
- why was i not invite to be master judge?
clearly the study is flawed.
