Moment of Bliss

Thoroughout today I will keep a running list of Reasons to Love Hurricanes. Please check back often for updates.

Reasons to Love Hurricanes:

1. We need the rain.
2. I now have a reason to obsessively check CNN instead of work.
3. People actually pay attention to how they drive - instead of normal rainstorms when it's a free-for-all sponsered by The Driving School for the Blind.
4. Anderson Cooper is nearby - and on TV all day long.
   
5. Outdoor thermometer now reads "slightly-cooler-than-hell".
6. Nobody wants to work at all. So nobody does.
   
7. You can talk about the weather without "talking about the weather."
8. Makes an easy conversation starter.

Reasons to Hate Hurricanes:

1. They make days drag on FOREVER!
