at least they have a cool website

sprint's shipping me my blackberry.  and the world is right again.  many thanks to jeremy, the customer sales rep who, assuming everything stays right, will be getting a really nice xmas bonus check if i have anything to say about it.  if this goes well, i fully intend to sing his praises to the heads of sprint for renewing the faith.
